Biography
Dr. Tsiao graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine and completed his General Surgery residency in Riverside, CA, and is now a fellow in the Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery program at the Houston Methodist Hospital, located in heart of Houston’s bustling medical center.
