Description:

With the increasing number of redo bariatric procedures, we are frequently operating on tissue with a compromised blood supply. Indocyanine green fluorescence angiography (ICG) is an ideal compound for intraoperative real time assessment of tissue perfusion. This prevents potentially serious postoperative ischemic complications including leaks and strictures. In this dynamic session, the clinical applications of this upcoming technology to be presented by distinguished faculties. This will be followed by the latest ICG technology to be presented by representatives from all ICG producing companies. After each presentation, the presenter, panel of experts and moderator will discuss, debate, and interact with the audience.
