Biography
Adrian Billeter is an attending surgeon at the University Hospital Heidelberg. He specializes in surgery of the upper gastrointestinal tract including pancreatic surgery and minimally-invasive and robotic surgery. His research interest are the impact of metabolic surgery on obesity and diabetes related complications as well as molecular mechanisms of action of metabolic surgery as well as molecular based treatments in upper GI cancers.
