Barbara M. Brathwaite, DNP, MSN, RN, CBN, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stony Brook University School of Nursing, and practices in an obesity, bariatric, and general surgery office. As a nurse with over 30 years of experience, she has focused on advancing health in obesity care, trauma, critical care, population health, and psychiatric mental health.
