Biography
Charmaine Gentles, past IH Chair of NYS Chapter ASMBS. With over 20 years of bariatric clinical experience Charmaine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience caring for patients planning to undergo and who have undergone weight loss surgery. She is currently the Bariatric Clinical Program Manager and dedicated nurse practitioner for the Metabolic and Bariatric surgery program at North Shore University Hospital. She is also a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant and served as supervising faculty at Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies.
