Biography

Since October 2011, Lisa (Scholl) Hale, MSN, RN, CNOR, has been working as a member of the Clinical Support Team with both ACS NSQIP and MBSAQIP at the American College of Surgeons. She works on a daily basis educating and providing customer support to Surgical Clinical Reviewers for both programs. She has developed training, presentations, resources, and continuing Surgical Clinical Reviewer (SCR) education. Prior to employment with the ACS, Lisa worked in the OR as a circulating and scrub nurse, as well as a charge nurse. Lisa also worked as an instructor at the practical nursing level. Lisa obtained her BSN from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana in December 2000. She completed her MSN with a focus on nursing education in 2011 with Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She has also received her specialty certification as an operating room nurse (CNOR).
