Biography
I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I attended Calvin College and majored in Biochemistry with minors in Philosophy and Spanish. I received a Medical Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. I completed a residency in General Surgery at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. I am currently in a Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship with Advanced Laparoscopic Surgical Associates in Fresno, CA.
