Biography
Maria Immonen, MSN, RN, CBN, CNL is the program coordinator of the bariatric program at Augusta University in Augusta, GA. She received her BS from Georgia Institute of Technology and her MSN from Augusta University, graduating as a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL). She worked in the Augusta University Emergency Department prior to the Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery Department. She currently resides in Evans, Georgia with her husband, Charles.
