Biography
John Mitko is from Cranbury, NJ. He attended Franklin & Marshall College and Ross University Medical School. He completed his General Surgery Residency at TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. From there he then went to SummaHealth in Akron, Ohio for fellowship training in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery. He has now joined Dr. Rami Lutfi at the Chicago Institute of Advanced Surgery in Chicago, Illinois as a general and bariatric minimally invasive surgeon.
