Biography

Jessica Schultz is a clinical dietitian at The University of Chicago Medicine. Jessica specializes as a bariatric dietitian working within The Center for the Surgical Treatment of Obesity. Jessica has been practicing as a bariatric dietitian since 2012. She obtained her masters degree in sports nutrition through Concordia University in River Forest, IL and is Board Certified in Obesity and Weight Management through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
