Biography

Dr. Keri Seymour completed a fellowship in the Division of Metabolic and Weight Loss surgery in 2015 then accepted a position as Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery. Her clinical practice is devoted to minimally invasive bariatric surgery and benign diseases of the esophagus. Dr. Seymour completed the Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Research at Duke University in 2019. Her research interests include bariatric surgery outcomes, metabolic fuel metabolism, and health services research.
