Biography
Abby completed her bachelors at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Microbiology and then worked as a health coach and fitness instructor for three years before starting medical school at the University of Minnesota. She completed her MD/MBA and is now an intern in General Surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. She is interested in bariatric surgery and combating fat bias in medicine. Her non-clinical interests include designing risk management and payment models that prioritize preventive medicine.
