Biography

Pam Davis is the Bariatric Operations Director at the Springfield Clinic in Springfield, Illinois. As a Registered Nurse with a MBA, Pam has served in multiple professional and volunteer leadership roles including Chairman of the board of the Obesity Action Coalition, President of the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee, and on the ASMBS Executive Council.

As an entrepreneur, in 2019 Pam launched Bariatric University, an online education and training platform for healthcare providers and in 2020 launched Bariatric Approvals, an option for practices and programs to outsource the difficult and complex process of obtaining insurance approval for obesity treatment.
