Biography
Jana Wolff has been in the nutrition and wellness field for over 13 years. Jana started her career in worksite wellness for 7 years before becoming a registered dietitian. Her nutritional studies at Johns Hopkins focused on weight management, bariatrics, and clinical nutrition.
For the last 6 years, she has been the Director of Nutrition at the Comprehensive Obesity Management Program at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center where she creates programming and provides behavioral counseling and ongoing support groups for pre/post op Bariatric and medical weight loss patients. Jana has spoken at local (MAND) and international (ASMBS, Medtronic) conferences on weight regain after bariatric surgery and engaging with patients virtually. She’s also a regular guest dietitian on local news stations WMAR2 and FOX45 in Baltimore, MD.
For the last two years she has provided nutrition consultation to the employees of Regeneron and has recently become the founder of the first bariatric meal delivery service, BariBox. She has a passion for the unique role that food plays in everyone’s life and the factors that impact that relationship.
